A custom itinerary built around your bucket list.
Every itinerary I create is completely bespoke — researched, designed, and tailored specifically to you. Here's exactly what you get:

- 40-minute discovery call to get to know you, your travel style, and your vision for the trip
- Google Doc with your full itinerary — overview, day-by-day breakdown, accommodation, transportation, and restaurant/nightlife suggestions — a living document that's yours to edit, share, and reference anytime
- Stylized PDF of your daily itinerary, designed to be accessed on and offline from your mobile device
- Custom Google Map with every location pinned — accommodation, restaurants, tour meeting points, and more — downloadable for offline use
- Expert guidance on destination, routing, timing, and key experiences

From there, I'll reach out to book a complimentary discovery call where we'll talk through your travel style, priorities, dates, budget, and destination ideas.
Once we're aligned on the vision, I'll get to work building your itinerary — a detailed day-by-day plan including activities, tours, restaurant recommendations, and accommodation options, all tailored specifically to you.
You'll have a chance to review everything and we'll make any necessary adjustments with one round of edits. From there, I'll send your final itinerary as a beautifully designed PDF built for mobile, complete with booking instructions and exact links for everything included.
Great itineraries take time to get right — expect about 4-6 weeks from discovery call to your final PDF.
COST
Every itinerary is fully custom-built around your travel style, bucket list, and vision — no templates, no recycled plans.
Up to 7 days — $500
8–14 days — $750
15+ days — custom pricing (get in touch)
A $250 deposit is required to get started, with the remaining balance due when we finalize your itinerary.
