A custom itinerary built around your bucket list.
Every itinerary I create is completely bespoke — researched, designed, and tailored specifically to you. Here's exactly what you get:

- A fully custom day-by-day itinerary: activities, accommodations, restaurant and nightlife suggestions, and transportation, all tailored to you
- A beautifully designed, dynamic mobile-friendly itinerary you can access anytime, online or off
- Complementary booking of your flights, accommodations, and experiences, handled by me
- Access to agent-only perks where available (most common on luxury hotel bookings)

Already know where you're going?
If you don't need full itinerary planning but want someone else to handle the reservations, this one's for you. It's especially popular for business travel, larger groups, or anyone who just wants to outsource their booking management.

HOW IT WORKS
Get started by filling out your details in the contact form below.
From there, I'll reach out to book a complimentary discovery call where we'll talk through your travel style, priorities, dates, budget, and destination ideas.
Once we're aligned on the vision, I'll get to work building your custom itinerary proposal, tailored specifically to you. A $250 deposit is required to begin, and secures your spot in my project queue.
You'll have a chance to review your proposal and share any feedback before we finalize the details together. Once everything's approved and your final balance is paid, I take it from there: booking your flights, accommodations, and experiences so all you have to do is pack.
Expect about 3-4 weeks from discovery call to a finalized, ready-to-travel itinerary, depending on trip complexity and how quickly we're able to connect along the way.
COST
Every itinerary is fully custom-built around your travel style, bucket list, and vision — no templates, no recycled plans.
Up to 7 days — $500
8–14 days — $750
15+ days — custom pricing (get in touch)
A $250 deposit is required to get started, with the remaining balance due when we finalize your itinerary.
Timeline
Great itineraries take time to get right — expect about 3-4 weeks from your discovery call to your final travel-ready plan.
Here's how the 3-4 weeks typically breaks down:
Discovery call — we align on your vision, destinations, and priorities
10 days — I build your initial proposal, including all the bookable pieces: flights, hotels, and tours. (Want to talk it through together? An optional touch-base call is always available.)
Once approved and your authorization is signed — I get to work booking everything, usually within 3 business days
1-2 weeks — I finalize every remaining detail and deliver your completed, ready-to-travel itinerary
